Anti rust and metals. (Types)

What are different types of anti-rust \ anti corrosion coatings? anti corrosion coatings A study by the major industry association NACE (National Association of Corrosion Engineers) determined the annual cost of corrosion control in the United States is $279 billion. At the time the study was commissioned by the Federal Highway Administration, the figure represented 2%-3% of the U.S. GDP. Researchers determined that up to 30% of those costs – around $83 billion – could be eliminated if established anti-rust and anti-corrosion protocols were implemented. Since then, corrosion remains an intractable problem, but advances in corrosion control have been significant. There are several different industrial coatings with anti-corrosion properties. Many also have other performance qualities making them a good all-around industrial or commercial coatings. It is crucial to match a coating type to the substrate and to the work environment it will applied to. With that in mind, most wo

Establishment of a cassava starch factory

The following economic study is for the establishment of a modern cassava starch factory with a capacity of 24 tons of dry starch per day. The study includes the estimated required investment and working capital for the establishment and the operation of the factory as well as the estimated operating costs and the expected profitability of the project (see Tables 6-9). The factory is supposed to be established in a tropical region where all basic industrial requirements such as water, power, transportation facilities and raw materials are available. The total investment in such a factory is estimated at $736 340 and the working capital is estimated at $142 000 for the operation of the factory for a period of three months. The project is expected to give annual profits of $108970, which is equivalent to 14.8 percent of the estimated invested capital. There have been many instances where unsuspecting buyers paid for land only to be told to come and pay again to reclaim their land, or settle some aggrieved family members who were not factored into the sharing formula of the previous payment. “Omo Oniles” simply have no regard for the law of the land as they have become a law unto themselves charging and fining prospective land owners’ different absurd bills as it pleases them. They also ensure the buyers are not free from their strangulating grip as they exact different fines on them, at every stage of the development of their properties. Prominent among such fines are foundation bill, lintel bill, decking bill, roof bill, f
