Our company Kaddosh ventures and solutions foreclosures is an indigenous company registered under the coporate affairs commission act of the federal republic of Nigeria.
Made up of seasoned engineers and agricultural consultants, Kaddosh ventures has all it takes to deliver on this investment plan in an efficient and timely manner.
Our cassava city initiative was conceived due to the government economic diversification master plan.
Nigeria has been running a mono economy for far too long. The volatility in the crude oil pricing system has compelled us to look inward.
Nigeria is endowed with vast arable land mass, and a favorable climate for the cultivation of cassava.
Cassava has once again taken center stage as the wonder crop of the sub Saharan African continent with its diverse derivatives which are in high demand the world over.
For example cassava can be milled into
*      High quality cassava starch HQCS, high quality cassava flour HQCF,
*      Ethanol, Cassava Grits,
*      During the milling process the cassava produces a by-product used in the feeding pigs,
*      Cassava chips for livestock farming,
*      Cassava stems(which are resold in the open market to other farmers),
*      In japan the leaves which have enormous amount of crude protein 26%, is pelletized for animal feed.

Kaddosh ventures and solutions foreclosures has entered into agreements with large cassava mills within short distance from the cassava city.
These mills have agreed to off take the entire harvest at a fixed price of 23,000 naira.
They have trucks to load and transport the harvest. They purchase from us at farm gate prices.

Our cassava city initiative #CCi is an aggregated solution to the shortage of cassava tubers supplied as raw material to various cassava mills around the country. We have located various cassava milling companies around our great country; and we will transact with them based on the price they are offering to buy from us on a per tonne basis.

For example, companies in Ogun state and Oyo axis are buying at a cheaper rate.
Instances like these are meticulously considered and weighed when decisions are being made on where to sight our cassava cities. This is extremely important.

We are currently ready to sight a 40 hectare cassava city in Kogi state. We have agreement with a very large off taker who is willing to purchase the entire harvest for 23,000 per tonne.
This is a good deal and would enable the cassava farmer to cover running cost and return good and healthy profits.

Based on this we are inviting investors into this project, the cassava city initiative #CCi.
We guarantee an interest of 35% after 14months on investments committed to this project.

Cassava city initiative is here to stay, and you can go to bed knowing that your investment is safe and growing every single day.
Please reach us for more details.
Thank you.

EFFECTIVE SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT

If your company makes a product from parts purchased from suppliers, and those products are sold to customers, then you have a supply chain. Some supply chains are simple, while others are rather complicated. The complexity of the supply chain will vary with the size of the business and the intricacy and numbers of items that are manufactured. SCM is the acronym for the term “Supply Chain Management”. Supply Chain  Management  is the  management  of a network of interconnected businesses involved in the ultimate provision of product and service packages required by end customers (Harland, 1996). Supply Chain  Management  spans all movement and storage of raw materials, work-in-process inventory, and finished goods from point of origin to point of consumption (supply chain). What is Supply Chain  Management  ?        Supply chain  management  (SCM) is a process used by companies to ensure that their supply...
